LECTURE
In week 2, we started our collage work, marking the beginning of Project 1. At the beginning, we learned about basic composition principles, like where to focus, how to manage size and order, and how to make our designs look balanced and attractive. These are essential to make our designs visually appealing. We also explored some advanced ideas like the rule of thirds and the golden ratio, which help us organize elements in our collages in a way that looks good. We then put these ideas into practice by actually creating our collages, making our learning more hands-on and improving our design skills.

TUTORIAL
During this week's tutorial, Mr. Fauzi introduced us to the upcoming project and provided a demonstration on crafting a physical collage design. Our first project in this module revolves around the creation of Collage Designs. A video tutorial was made available to facilitate our work and offer guidance during the process.

PRACTICAL
Initially, we were tasked with selecting design elements for the physical collage from old magazines or printed pictures. Subsequently, we created three distinct compositions using different sets of elements. These compositions were then presented to Mr. Fauzi for his evaluation. While he acknowledged the merit of all three, he ultimately chose one that, in his view, exhibited the best flow. Attached below are the three compositions I crafted for consideration.

Figure 5: Composition 3
Following Mr. Fauzi's selection of the third composition, I embarked on finalizing it to enhance its visual appeal. I made nuanced adjustments such as changing the background color to black, aiming to make it more visually striking. Moreover, I incorporated a few additional elements to achieve a more refined and complete overall appearance.

REFLECTION
In Week 2, our journey into the Collage Project unfolded, commencing with a comprehensive exploration of basic composition principles. These principles, encompassing focus, size management, and achieving visual balance, formed the bedrock of our understanding, providing essential insights for crafting visually appealing designs. The introduction to advanced concepts such as the rule of thirds and the golden ratio elevated our design comprehension, offering effective strategies for organizing elements in our collages.
The tutorial session with Mr. Fauzi during the week further enriched our understanding of the upcoming Collage Design project. His insights and a demonstration served as valuable guidance, setting the stage for the practical phase. The availability of a video tutorial proved instrumental in simplifying the intricacies of the project, offering a resourceful tool that not only facilitated our work but also ensured a more informed and confident approach to the task at hand.
The practical aspect of Week 2 involved selecting design elements and crafting distinct compositions. Mr. Fauzi's evaluation and feedback guided the refinement process, leading to the selection of a composition that exhibited the best flow. This hands-on application of design principles in the creation of the final composition not only solidified theoretical concepts but also contributed to the improvement of individual design skills. Week 2 has been a pivotal step, bridging theory and practice, and laying a robust foundation for the creative journey ahead.

Upon reviewing my poster, he provided valuable feedback. One notable suggestion was to minimize the use of stock or downloaded images to maintain authenticity and align with IVN requirements. Despite this, Mr. Fauzi acknowledged the overall merit of the poster's concept. Additionally, he emphasized the availability of Google Classroom's private comments as a convenient option for further consultations or clarifications. This feedback serves as a constructive guide as I refine my poster, ensurin...
